Brian Griggs, Operations , who joined Michael and Chapin in 1997, also serves as our estimator and information coordinator.

Owners Chapin and Michael Phillips have over 25 years of combined experience in the building industry. They formed Phillips Brothers Contracting in 1997 from the ground up and turned it into the premier building contractor in Northeast Georgia. Their knowledge of Lake Hartwell and the surrounding areas, their commitment to the customer, and their overall building knowledge, enables them to make informed recommendations throughout the entire building process.

Throughout the construction process, Phillips Brothers management professionals will be at the jobsite everyday to ensure that quality materials and workmanship will always find their way into your home.
