Phillips Brothers Contracting Inc. was formed in 1998 by brothers Michael and Chapin Phillips and their father Harry Phillips. Our business is located in our home town of Hartwell GA. We grew up here in Hartwell. We he have specialized in building homes around Lakes Hartwell and Keowee. Since our inception we have earned a reputation for quality craftsmanship and for taking care of our customers.
